ILS (Integrated Logistic Support): Methodology we use to ensure and prolong the assets’ lifecycle.

Objective: Logistic support engineering ensures the completion of the systems’ mission by studying availability and safety in operations. In summary, it optimises the installation’s lifecycle cost. Carrying out studies: FMECA, RCM, MTA, LORA, RAMS, etc.

STUDIES

AEC

Configuration Tree: We break down the system hierarchically to its minimum repairable components.

FMECA

Failure Modes Effects and Critically Analysis: We study how equipment fails and when it can do so.

RCM

Reliability-Centered Maintenance: We optimise the maintenance plan in regards to time spent.

MTA

We analyse the preventive maintenance tasks, calculating the quantity of spares, the necessary personnel, the execution time, etc.

LORA

Level of Repair Analysis: We propose who should be doing maintenance.

RAM

Reliability, Availability and Maintainability: We run reliability and availability studies.
